SUMMARY

During the Covenant attack on the human colony Ariel, a team of ODSTs is sent to the surface to investigate a distress signal sent by the remaining civilians. During the mission, ODSTs Taylor "Dutch" Miles and Kojo "Romeo" Agu discover a Forerunner ancilla known as The Knowing, though it is destroyed before anyone can get their hands on it. The civilians are rescued, and both Dutch and Romeo successfully escape the planet.
